Our organisational consultancy approach involves:

meeting with key senior staff to clarify and map out the challenges to be addressed

development of a costed proposal with milestones, timelines, clear deliverables and evaluation framework

implementation of the work, led by the OCM Directors and LLE Consultant, in collaboration with key organisational leaders

regular review meetings to ensure a timely process
