The following steps will get you underway:

  1. Use the provided webinar link for the course to take you to Thinkific– our online, secure training platform. 
  2. Log in with your email address and create YOUR OWN password 
  3. Click on the Buy button (if you already have a coupon code you will be able to enter this)
  4. Under where the price is listed you will see the question ‘Have a Coupon? – Click this. Use the provided access coupon code to enter the course.  
  5. If you do not have a coupon then follow the payment prompts
  6. Commence the course

No. We are a training and consultancy organisation. For treatment services you are advised to contact your GP or your local area hospital.

Good question…there are a range of different terms used in the mental health field that address the person who is receiving treatment and/or support from workers and organisations. These include but are not limited to ‘consumer’, ‘service user’, ‘client’, ‘patient’ and ‘participant’. We believe that ‘client’ is the most interchangeable term of these. Of course our preference when speaking more directly rather than generically is to address the person by their name.
